About the Role
We are seeking a charismatic, engaging, and adaptable event host to lead Roast Your Portfolio sessions in different cities. You do not need a design or tech background—your role is to facilitate discussions, keep the energy high, and ensure a smooth event experience.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage attendees at the start of the event.
• Follow the provided event script to guide participants through each session.
• Encourage participation and keep discussions flowing.
• Manage event logistics on-site with the support of our team.
• Optional: promote the event using your own network (earning 10% commission on sales from your referrals).
• Host the event on Zoom if our event format changes to virtual.
