1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses offered by Path Unbound, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Path Unbound. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll in our courses.

2. Enrollment and Registration

2.1 To enroll in Path Unbound courses, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate and complete information.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. Any unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Tuition fees for courses are as specified on the Path Unbound website or in official communication. Payment must be made in full or in active payment plans or loan approval before gaining access to course materials.

3.2 Path Unbound reserves the right to change the tuition fees at any time. Registered students will be notified in advance of any such changes.

3.3 Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the refund policy.

4. Course Content

4.1 All course content, including but not limited to lectures, videos, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Path Unbound and is protected by copyright laws.

4.2 You may not distribute, reproduce, or use the course content for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of Path Unbound.

5. Student Conduct

5.1 You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner in all interactions with Path Unbound staff and fellow students.

5.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund.

6. Modifications to Courses

Path Unbound reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or program without notice. In the event of a course cancellation, enrolled students will be notified, and refunds will be issued according to the refund policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Path Unbound makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the courses and disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Path Unbound’s liability is limited to the amount of tuition paid for the course. In no event shall Path Unbound be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Florida.
