We have free networking in the beginning of our events and facilitated networking at the end of our events, but the main part of the our events is for portfolio critiques and speed redesigns. So it is a blended format event where participants learn, grow and connect. 

You can join our virtual events anywhere in the world! For our in-person events, you will need to attend in person in the city we host them in.

In rare occasions, we might move our in-person events to virtual if registration numbers fall short of minimum venue requirements. In that case, we will notify registered participants immediately.

Aspiring professionals in the creative industry (currently primarily designers) and working professionals looking to continuously improve their work join our events. You will meet lots of like-minded individuals as well as recruiters, brand partners, our guest reviewers.

You will receive a full-refund if you cancel 7 days before the live event. You will receive 50% refund if you cancel 3 days before the live event. There will not be a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of the live event.

We invite one experienced industry professional as a guest reviewer for each event. They may join in person or via Zoom to provide rapid-fire critiques for anonymously submitted portfolios through a random selection process. Attendees can also purchase premium tickets to receive guaranteed critiques from our guest reviewers. Our most frequent reviewers are members of our instructional team. These industry professionals have experience working for some of the world's biggest companies in senior level creative roles.

If you attend our in-person events, you must bring your personal laptop to participate in critique activities. Wifi is provided at the venue.

If you attend our virtual events, you will need your own internet connection and laptop to attend.

There will NOT be food and drinks at our events currently. Please plan accordingly.

You may participate in our events as an observer (with a discounted ticket price) and take advantage of the networking rounds to make connections and meet like-minded professionals.
